When I first heard about the Yoga Teacher Training Intensive, I thought that it was going to be a lot of work just to learn the basic poses. But when I went in for the program, I realized that I would actually enjoy teaching Yoga. The reason why I like it so much is because I actually enjoy teaching people and giving them a new knowledge of what Yoga is all about. So in this article, I am going to tell you about all the things that you should know about the Yoga Teacher Training Intensive.

There are three levels in this Yoga Teacher Training Intensive: Master’s level, intermediate, and beginner. If you are an experienced Yoga teacher already, then you can go ahead with the beginner program. But if you are just starting out with Yoga, you should go with the Master’s level because you will have more information and will be taught more advanced asana. It takes a minimum of 200 hours of training before you can become a full-time Yoga teacher.

One of the topics that you will cover in this course is Pranayama and Vinyasa breathing techniques. You will be taught how to meditate properly using these breathing techniques. It is believed that if you meditate correctly using correct breathing techniques, then you will be able to clear your mind and allow your body to relax. So in this course, you will be given information on the five elements (earth, air, water, fire, and metal) and how they affect the mind and the body.

In the Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga style of Yoga, a lot of focus is put on Breath awareness and pranayama. This is because breath awareness is believed to be one of the foundations of meditation. This is why in this course, you will be given techniques on breathing through sanda band, pitta, yoni, kapalbhati and mudras. As you progress with your Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga training, you will learn different asanas for relieving stress. Asana for this course will include Patanjali’s ‘Asana Pranayama’ and ‘Breath meditation’.

The Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga teacher training intensive will offer you a solid foundation to build a solid foundation on. In this 200 hour yoga teacher training course you will learn the physical aspects of Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga. Along with building a solid foundation to build your knowledge on, you will also be given detailed information on Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga meditation. These two movements are very important when teaching others the right way of practicing Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga. You will learn how to meditate properly and deeply. As well as teaching the correct breathing techniques to help relax the body, you will also understand the importance of Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga poses and how they affect the mind.

You can choose to further your Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga teacher training by enrolling in a pranayama or vinyasa yoga training as well. Pranayama means yoga mantra and vinyasa mean dance. Both Ashtanga and vinyasa forms of yoga. A pranayama or vinyasa class will teach you Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga mantras and meditation techniques. It will also show you the basics of both asana and meditation.

This gives you the flexibility of doing the asana wherever and whenever you want. This will give you a thorough grounding in the theory and practices of yoga.
