Ardha Matsyendrasana (Chair Spinal Twist)
Sit and relax on the chair. Start by twisting your upper half of the body to the left. Stretch your spine as you inhale and exhale on each twist. Repeat the twist on both and left the side of the chair. This will help you relieve your back pain and eliminate stiffness from the body.
