Different Poses Of Yoga

It is a kneeling back and a bending aasan. It mainly gives strength to the back and leg muscles. Also strengthens the abdomen, ankle, and the throat muscles. You can say it is a full-body workout.
5. Downward facing dog pose
It is also known as Adho Mukha Svanasana.
It teaches to balance the body and helps to strengthen the leg, stomach, and arm muscles. The body weight is on both the hands and legs. It helps to build stamina. It is one of the most popular yoga poses practiced across the world.
